During my stay at the hotel, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The receptionists, especially a lady, were always ready to assist, even if they didn't speak much English. The restaurant staff also provided excellent service, with one particular young woman named Marzena standing out for her efficiency and attentiveness. The housemaids were discreet and efficient, ensuring that the hotel remained clean and pleasant. As a former hotel and restaurant owner, I appreciate the importance of hardworking and pleasant staff in the industry, and the hotel certainly delivered in that aspect.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. the shower cubicle floor was quite slippery, which required me to put down a facecloth for safety.

The location was best possible and perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The area was fairly quiet, a nice base for us. We truly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable.
